Steve Dennis
Founding Partner
Steve Dennis founded ARGI in 1975 and implemented the first business valuation system in the industry. With 50 years of experience in the private and executive aviation industry, he specializes in valuation, sales, acquisitions, mergers, and strategic planning. Steve has held key leadership positions in the USA and Europe. Noteworthy projects include reorganizing Harrods Aviation, London; consulting for TAG Aviation at Farnborough Airport; and planning, designing, and developing Eccelsa Aviation for His Highness the Aga Khan, Costa Smeralda, Sardinia.
Thomas M. Hirschman
Founding Partner in Memorandum
Thomas Hirschmann was born September 27, 1954, and left us too soon, at 64, passing on April 3, 2019. During his storied career, Mr. Hirschmann worked up the corporate ladder from apprenticing as an airframe, engine mechanic, and electronic engineer to Chairman and CEO of the Jet Aviation Group.
Mr. Hirschmann’s extensive experience, analytical capabilities, solid knowledge of all aspects of the aviation business, and gregarious personality made him one of the industry’s most respected and beloved individuals. His presence continues to be missed.
Michael Dennis
Managing Partner
Michael Dennis has 20+ years of experience developing fixed-based operation (FBO) projects globally and holds an MBA from Embry Riddle. He has a proven track record of leading complex ventures in emerging markets and thriving in new environments. He specializes in integrating best practices and technology solutions to ensure the success of aviation businesses.
Leveraging his global expertise, Michael streamlines and implements customized solutions that empower clients worldwide. He has excelled at crafting practical and impactful solutions and optimizing processes through digital transformation for over a decade.
Istvan Megyeri
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Istvan Megyeri’s data science and business management expertise allows him to translate complex data into actionable insights easily. He has a proven track record of success in senior-level management positions. His diverse skill set, including computer programming and software development, makes him an indispensable asset to any company or project.
Istvan currently holds a PhD in Data Science, an MBA in Finance and Business, and a Master’s Degree in Information Technology
